The privacy policy of the website. The website user agrees to the processing of their personal data according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC as well as the Personal Data Protection Act by SYMAG Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. based in Warsaw, 00-511 Poland, 31 Nowogrodzka Street, as the Administrator of these data for the purposes resulting from visiting the website, in particular for the purposes of marketing, promotion and advertising of the electronically supplied services provided by the company in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219) and through phone calls in accordance with the Act of 16 July 2004 on telecommunications law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended).


The user agrees to the processing of their personal data by persons and entities cooperating with the company/Data Administrator within the scope related to the services provided. The website user confirms that they were informed of their right to view, revise and erase their personal data, as well as the right to demand in writing the cessation of processing of their personal data and the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. The customer has the right to file a complaint with GIODO if the processing of the personal data violates the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
